This blog is just a place to read about my thoughts and happenings in my daily life. Occasionally I will come up with something brilliant.
I have a BS from The Ohio State University and a MS from the University of Nebraska- Lincoln. I started my job as an 4-H Youth Development Extension Educator for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension Service in September 2008. I work in Butler County and also in the Nebraska State 4-H office.
The picture above this post displays how I feel about our veteran’s and how they should be treated and honored. My grandfathers both served in World War II (My mom’s dad was in the Navy and my dad’s dad was in the Marine Corps) and I also have several friends who have served or are serving this country in the Armed Forces.
I love quotes and love finding meaning in everyday life. The picture below was taken in my 1st grade classroom this summer before they tore the school down.

Hey, I’m a lurker at the pitboard and saw your post about your external hard drive. I just had this happen to my internal hard drive. DON’T try to do anything yourself. The more anyone messes with it (ex. tries to get it running,) the more you can damage it. I sent my hard drive away to a company called CBL Data Recovery. They were able to get me ALL of my data after another company told me that it was “too damaged to recover anything.” It was expensive ($1,800 for mine) but it depends on how much the pictures and everything means to you. The price also depends on how big your drive is, how much space is used on the drive, and how big the problem is. One good thing about CBL is that they will check over the drive for free to see if they think they are able to help you. When you give them approval, they will do the actual recovery, then there is a “no data, no fee guarantee.” You can get more information on them at their website: http://www.cbltech.com/ I hope this helped!!
